カルパッチョ＆タリアータ
今日は立冬でしたね。
週末から冷え込むらしいですよ。
そろそろ本格的に冬支度ですかねぇ＾＾
さて、いつかのごはん。
スーパーで生のめじまぐろを見つけたので
カルパッチョにしました。
オリーブオイル、バルサミコ、塩、
粗挽きの黒こしょうとガーリックパウダーで。
トッピング用のハーブ類を買い忘れたため、
後ろに写っているほうれん草サラダの葉っぱを
申し訳程度に飾ってみました（笑）
メインは和牛のタリアータ。
こちらはワインとバルサミコを煮詰めたソース。
最後にオリーブオイルをまわしかけて。
イタリアンなばんごはんでした＾＾
