牛すね肉と新じゃがの塩煮込み
新じゃがが出始めていますね。
ころころとかわいい形で、つい買ってしまいます＾＾
コストコで買ったすね肉は塩麹をすり込んで冷凍してあったもの。
ちょっと時間をかけて、煮込んでみました。
塩煮と言いつつスープが茶色くなっているのは
お醤油の色ではなくて、牛肉を焼き付けたときの焼き色がうつったもの。
焼かずに茹でこぼしてから使えばよかったなぁ。。
あと牛肉が柔らかくなってからジャガイモを加えたのですが
そのまま投入してしまい（←手抜きした＾＾；）、
皮付きだったから味がしみこまないことこの上なく・・
一度素揚げしてから入れたらきっと味が入ったと思います。
う～ん。最初にちゃんとイメージして作らなかったので
思っていたように仕上がらなかったのですが（あたりまえか・苦笑）
それはそれでまあ美味しかったので良しとします＾＾
今度は反省点を反映して、再チャレンジしたいと思います＾＾
