おひたし2種

冬の葉物野菜は甘くておいしいですね。

冷蔵庫のお野菜で作った、箸休めのおひたし。

■春菊とほうれん草の胡麻和え      ■白菜のおかかポン酢

春菊のみだとちょっと癖が強いので、ほうれん草とハーフ&ハーフで^^
だし汁、醤油、砂糖少々、半擂りの黒ごまを合わせたものに和えるだけ。

白菜のほうは鍋で蒸し煮にして水分をしぼり、ポン酢と白ごまで和えて、かつおぶしをトッピング。「お鍋の白菜だけバージョン」みたいな感じですが、白菜の甘みが良く出て、あっさりとおいしいです。

My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less.
